I have multiple years of experience developing SaaS products for enterprise. I use design methods to help product teams relate to multiple and interconnected customer roles, to make product decisions that provide customer and business value.

I work closely with solution architects to visualise complex systems; taking a user-centric approach to apply them to customer use cases. I help product teams deliver solutions that are scalable under the hood, but simple and practical to use.

I lead with transparency and empathy to find what gives designers the energy to come to work and give it their best each day. I connect them with the opportunities, skills and processes that keep them engaged.
